The Administrative Director will be responsible for the rehabilitation services product line including the acute rehabilitation unit, outpatient therapy, and the expansion of post-acute programming in the Antelope Valley. The position will oversee daily operations of the Acute Rehabilitation Unit, a comprehensive 27-bed inpatient distinct part unit that provides acute rehabilitation services to individuals with neurological and/or musculoskeletal conditions. This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation related to the rehabilitation service's programs, referral development, volume growth, quality patient care outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal accountability. This position will serve as an integral part of the leadership team; collaborating with other professional disciplines to assure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired outcomes


Work Experience: Master's Degree in healthcare related field or clinical discipline (i.e. Nursing or Healthcare Management). Clinical background in physical medicine and rehabilitation within an acute care setting is preferred (background as a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist is strongly preferred)

A minimum of five (5) years' experience

At least three (3) years' management/program development required

Base Salary - $110,064 to $120,064
