$120K — $130K + $10K bonus + relocation 10,000 *
Assures service, growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation and management controls in order to ensure consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency Services Department, FSED, Emergency Management, and/or other departments as assigned.
· Prefers 3 years of ER leadership experience in an acute care facility within the last year. However, if the individual has ER free standing experience, they can be flexible with that as well.
· Bachelor’s Degree Nursing required
· Master’s degree Nursing or Administration preferred
· Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
