-Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business or Allied Health field required.
-Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in healthcare and nursing.
-Current Massachusetts RN license required.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of successful leadership experience strongly preferred.
-Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.
-Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
-Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred.
-Recognized as a role model for clinical expertise; documented ability to make prompt, quality decisions in a clinical setting.
-Demonstrates sufficient energy to participate in and support staff through change.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of fairness and consistency in application of policies and contractual requirements.
-Ability to calmly manage a variety of intense activities or problems simultaneously.
-History of dependability in maintaining a work schedule and demonstration of work ethic required to motivate others.
