The Administrative Director will serve as the lead administrator in a dyad role with the Chief of Cardiology responsible for the Saint Barnabas CV Service Line's (SBCVSL) administrative, strategic planning and program development, financial management and internal/external interface activities. The Administrative Director in a dyad role will develop, manage, and implement the SBCVSL strategic mission/vision/values, a balanced financial/clinical program portfolio, quality improvement initiatives, and identification of targeted growth opportunities, operational efficiency, access improvement, internal communications, external marketing, and the successful integration of specialties/infrastructure/MDs/RNs.

Master's degree in related finance or healthcare field required.

Minimum 8 years progressive experience in project management, finance, healthcare management, and/or strategic planning required; additional years of experience in healthcare financial management/analysis and business planning preferred.

Working experience in healthcare and/or similar academic medical center environment strongly preferred.
