- The administrative coordinator in this role will work hand-in-hand with upstream data sources to learn the location and definition of various data sets, create extracts to pull from legacy systems and update the target system with identified changes.
- The coordinator will also work hand-in-hand with data stewards to prepare data for their needs, creating data sets targeted for evaluation and update.
- The environments are Maximo version 5.1 and Maximo version 7.6.
- Most data sets will be created and manipulated in Microsoft Excel.
- Requires excellent communicator, with strong written English, computer and Microsoft Excel skills, with high attention to detail.
- Extremely fast paced environment, so must be assertive, self-driving, and a very quick learner.
