Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA

Job Type: Contract ? 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Assist in the process for development and distribution of our sales newsletter 
  • Maintain our communication distribution list 
  • Measure, track, analyze and regularly distribute performance reports for different Sales Enablement activities 
  • Manage the Sales Enablement content platform (Resource Center) 
  • Set up and run webinars and learning activities via webinar platforms and virtual learning platforms 
  • Support in-person training events with logistics, communications and on-site activities 
  • Format presentations and documents in Microsoft Powerpoint and Word 
  • Schedule meetings and assist with meeting logistics for the Go to Market Strategy & Enablement Leader 
  • Other projects as assigned based on business need 

Qualifications / Skills: 

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once 
  • Very organized and detail oriented 
  • Capacity to learn and apply new technologies quickly 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English fluency is essential) 
  • Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with HTML and SharePoint a plus 
  • Able to work with across the company and across our global teams, understand cultural sensitivities and time zones
