- Responsibilities include, not limited to the following:
- Minimum 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing - Visitors, typing, filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, providing backup coverage to other administrative desks.
- Has intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, excellent Outlook skills, Lync Meeting, SharePoint
- Possesses strong written and - Verbal communication skills.
- Needs to be comfortable in a fast paced environment, learns new tasks easily, can get work done with little direction
- Professional in appearance and attitude.
- Being a team player is a must.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and have ability to manage assignments independently
