Job Type: Contract ? 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Responsibilities include, not limited to the following: 
  • Minimum 3+ years of administrative assistant experience 
  • Performs routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing - Visitors, typing, filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, providing backup coverage to other administrative desks. 
  • Has intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, excellent Outlook skills, Lync Meeting, SharePoint 
  • Possesses strong written and - Verbal communication skills. 
  • Needs to be comfortable in a fast paced environment, learns new tasks easily, can get work done with little direction 
  • Professional in appearance and attitude. 
  • Being a team player is a must. 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Self-motivated and have ability to manage assignments independently
