Stable and prosperous global investment management firm is searching for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to a recently promoted Portfolio Manager.

The ideal Administrative Assistant will be able to multi-task without compromising attention to detail, handle multiple conflicting priorities, and display a sense of urgency with grace.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills will introduce the opportunity to interact with investors and external companies’ CEOs on a daily basis. Although our client does not need a seasoned administrative veteran, two to three years working in a corporate setting or otherfinancial services firm is a huge plus. Our client prides themselves on their willingness to train and develop the right people, given a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and a notable educational background.

This role will require utilization of organizational and communication skills to manage logistics including coordinating domestic and international travel, managing an ever changing calendar with international time zones, generating reports, processing of business expense reports, conducting research on market trends, and ad hoc projects. Given proven success in the Administrative Assistant role, this person will be groomed for higher-level administrative roles such as Executive Assistant, with the potential to step into event planning, investor relations and/or marketing.
Detail-oriented, organized, and creative
2-3 years of administrative & supportexperience

$70k-$80k plus an extremely generous bonus, benefits package, and room for growth!
