? Main objective of the position and the impact of the role
? Efficiently administer processes and projects related to EHS policies, procedures, best practices, newsletters, updates, communications, training, events, data management and reporting, SharePoint/iShare and Intranet sites, in addition to general department administrative management for U.S. EHS Center of Expertise (CoE) and Business Support organization in support of Client and operating Divisions EHS
? Maintain and manage information and documents related to Client EHS Compliance programs under relevant policies and records retention requirements as well as Zero Harm Culture and Healthy @Client documentation
? Efficiently address assigned projects for U.S. EHS Center of Expertise (CoE) and Business Support organization which supports Client and operating Divisions in regard to EHS policies, procedures, best practices, newsletters, updates, communications, training, Sharepoint/iShare and Intranet sites, in addition to general office management.
Details of specific job tasks and functions
?Support EHS Customer Stewardship requests as assigned to provide supporting documentation and other information for bids, customer EHS/Sustainability questionnaires, customer EHS audits
? Create and maintain EHS vendors data. ( J.J. Keller, NAEM, AECOM, TSG, BNA, Intelex, MSDS Online, McCoy, DuPont, Chemtrec)
?Work with RC US EHS OPS team and US EHS partners in order to prepare proposals and process Department Purchase Orders with major vendors for all US EHS Country projects
? Manage annual Purchase Orders and Non- Purchase Orders payments with AP Dept. (EZ-Suite, SAP, One SRM)
? Create employee EHS communications, including newsletters, organizational announcements, email notifications, regulatory EHS updates and internal announcements as assigned and approved. Edit complex memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, correspondence and other documents as needed.
? Utilize Company e-tools for on-line EHS learning, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), EHS data management tools (EMIS), travel, expense reporting, ordering supplies, processing purchase orders and tracking work hours and PeopleSoft reports, budget
? Develop and provides training on EHS systems, policies, procedures and practices as assigned
? Create, maintain and updatedistribution lists and organization charts related to department mission
? Maintain and manage EHS intranet and sharepoint content updated
?Work with Client Financial for any US EHS Country cost related issues, changes or migrations.
?Support US EHS Country new hires, and IT policies
? Manage membership program, (RoundTable, NAEM, MAPI, ApolloRCA).
? Arrange all RC US EHS and US EHS Team meetings, workshops, community calls, logistics, and agendas across multiple venues.
? Ability to effectively administer multiple activities simultaneously and meet defined deadlines; Strong work ethic and self-starter able to complete assigned complete tasks with moderate supervision; Attention to detail
? Highly organized professional with proven experience in managing administrative projects and supporting technical and service organization. Effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, document management, SharePoint/iShare, Intranet/Internet, e-Learning tools, EMIS
?5+ years of successful experience working in fast paced, corporate setting.
? Requires excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration, teamwork, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with business contacts, location EHS and outside clients and vendors; experienceworking with and supporting executive level staff.

? Proven track record in successfully participating in a team environment

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion. Coordinates and arranges assigned department events
? Confidentiality and flexibility is essential.
?Travel between 10 ?15 % may be required to department events, staff meetings and, training (for self or to provide to others)
Where the position fits in the organization
?Reports to U.S. EHS Country Officer and works closely and collaboratively with US EHS Center of Expertise (CoE) and Business Support team on assigned projects. May provide support to EHS staff at Divisions and corporate entities as assigned and provide guidance to contract administrative temporary labor.
