In support of the Services provided to Customer, Client will:
(a) Provide a designated Client Personnel to interface directly with Customer contacts and directly with Customer?s Franchisees and serve as the primary interface to Customer?s Franchise locations.
(b) Responsible for answering and responding to approximately 20 to 40 calls per week from Customer?s Franchisees. Calls include billing, ordering, contract discounts, and general service issues for which Client Personnel will be responsible.
(c) Answer, track and respond to Customer?s Franchisee calls to resolve billing, ordering, contract and general issues. Follow up on calls until completion.
(d) Utilize Client systems, processes and tools to research and resolve Customer calls.
(e) Provide a weekly call summary activity log outlining resolution of Customer?s Franchise calls.
(f) Escalate Customer issues accordingly to Client Account Team as needed.
(g) Attend Customer status meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis to provide status reporton call resolutions via conference call only.
