Process Personal Lines policy transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Such transactions include processing cancellations, clearing voice mail messages with entry into applicable systems, sending out letters of declination''s and otherreports, forwarding requests to business partners, screening transactions to determine proper processing, and calling out to customers to give or receive information. Refer to underwriters transactions that require their attention; complete transactions directly if within delegated authority limits. Utilize standard work to decide the appropriate action to take.
High School diploma, or equivalent. Must have the ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately; be detail oriented with good follow-through skills. Must have good customer service skills; communicates well both verbal and written. Must be able to analyze a situation and make a decision. Working knowledge of PCs and software applications. Proficient keyboard skills. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
This person needs to be located in the Client Lake, WA location. This is my first experience at hiring from OH for the WA location.
