Job Location: Hillsboro, OR

Job Type: Contract ? 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Perform various administrative and project related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size. Typical duties include but are not limited to the following 
  • Organizes and manages calendar schedules for 4 directors ?schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events, makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports. Backup admin support for BCP VP/TA office 
  • Maintains office supplies, manages departmental recognition, serves as an information resource/ communication channel for policies and procedures and is a resource for office related software applications 
  • Assist other department personnel with complex or urgent meetings as required 
  • Liaison with CS building coordinators and manages group?s office assignments 
  • Drafts, composes, types and proofs correspondence using current office software applications, creates and sustains for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information 
  • Duties may also include research, data analysis and preparing reports/ recommendations 
  • Occasionally copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials or tracks headcount and spending 

Qualifications:

  • Proven teamwork skills as this position requires ability to work closely with other admins 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels inside and outside Client's Corporation Strong MS suite skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high-level of performance 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction and ambiguity 
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with grace and professionalism and have the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
