The Associate Market Research Director will be responsible for executing all market research projects in timelines that match customer needs and with deliverables that add value to decision making; accomplishing market research goals within the budget; maintaining flexibility in changes in priorities and objectives; Managing all or part of the therapeutic area (Business Unit-aligned) marketing research team to ensure that the appropriate market research is being done to address key business issues, the right way, and at the right time.
Primary and Secondary Research lead for Mydayis in the Neuroscience Business Unit
Conduct and synthesize all market research to accomplish business objectives as part of the Mydayis commercial team, for example: positioning and messaging, emotional branding, quantitative positioning, message development and testing, detail aid/communications testing, follow-up message tracking.
Distill all research (primary, secondary) actionable insights and recommendations and play an active role in the Integrated Insight team representing the Mydayis launch efforts
Articulate the appropriate methodology and research vendors
Identify potential new best practices
Develop annual market research plan based on thorough market and customer insights, and understanding of business needs
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degreerequired; Masters Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis (Marketing research, statistics, etc) is a plus.
Minimum of 7years experience in pharmaceutical Marketing Research, or related industry.
