Responsible for financial planning and analysis for ADC Division FP&A group.
Manage financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals. Interprets financial results and recommends options.
Responsible for understanding and meeting Division and Corporate requirements, facilitating teamwork to increase quality and productivity, assumes direct responsibility for results and empowers others while maintaining high performance standards. Will work with and support senior ADC leaders such as DVP Controller and Division President.
Ensure availability of timely and well-presented, high-quality expense, balance sheet and capital results and projections vs. appropriate benchmarks as well as trended information.
Coordination of Plans/LBEs and monthly actual results should be executed and interpreted for Management decision making supporting the education of Management as to the main financial assumptions and/or key business and variance drivers.
This position reports to Senior Manager Division FP&A.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience 5-7 years of applicable experience in diversified finance/accounting roles; excellent analytical, problem solving skills and oral/written communication skills.
Must be able to effectively manage workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Possess proven leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to complete assignments and support all levels of management including DVP Controller and Division President.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role interacts with multiple levels within the ADC organization.
Self-starter and highly motivated; ability to manage multiple priorities and changing customer demands.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment is essential.
Big 4 and/or corporate financeexperience a plus.
