Our pipeline is expanding. It includes late-stage drug candidates for the treatments of schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis and major depressive disorder– along with a promising new drug candidate for oncology.

The Associate Director, HCP marketing will lead the development and execution of the Non-Personal Promotion strategy and tactics including digital and media. This is unique opportunity to be part of a highly talented and motivated cross functional product team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and tactical plan for non-personal promotion (NPP)
  • Implement tactics across a targeted group of channels and vendors
  • Develop and execute HCP media plan
  • Work with HCP marketing leads to adapt core brand strategy, messages, and core materials to deliver to target customers
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of NPP tactics
  • Continually refine NPP tactics for increased impact and customer engagement
  • Lead commercial activities at key congresses and meetings
  • Lead approval process for  NPP materials with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, and Medical
  • Plan and implement yearly programs and budget for NPP marketing
  • Manage key vendor and agency relationships

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or science
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to forge focused business strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, able to clearly interpret and distill commercial information
  • Understanding of the FDA promotional guidelines and approval process
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, follow up and anticipate problems
  • Ability to work across multiple functions (sales, sales training, finance, medical affairs)
  • Experience working with medical, legal, and regulatory review committees
  • Experience managing agency partners
  • Ability to influence and gain consensus from peers and management
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Understanding of industry code of conduct and ethics
