- Create new enterprise customer accounts in Oracle.
- Provide expedited invoices on demand for enterprise customers.
- Provide invoice copies or statements of account to customer or sales representative
- Update customer records such as billing contact or purchase order number
- Prepare and return vendor forms received from customers
- Perform additional duties as required
- Ability to work independently with large volumes of transactional data within tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and an ability to manage priorities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of dedication and initiative to enhance knowledge and skills
- Oracle and/or Salesforce experience is a plus
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Internet advertising experience is a plus.
