Position Overview

The Accounting Software Support Analyst on our team provides direct support to clients and trains the accounting portions of our applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues within the application and work with clients to identify and resolve accounting issues related to their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Project Management database. You will also conduct training sessions on the use of those systems. Additionally you may be called on to provide accounting consultation to our small business clients. You will review their current accounting processes and recommend changes that will allow them to more fully use our ERP solutions. In some cases you may travel to the client’s location to fully review and reconcile their accounts.

Finally you will be trained to resolve issues within our server infrastructure and support clients on other SaaS applications.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review and respond to client support requests
  • Train clients on the use of various KeyedInSolution SaaS accounting applications
  • Assess and analyze the customer’s current accounting processes and make recommendations for changes to better use our applications
  • Create and maintain application manuals and reference materials
  • Create and update training videos
  • Support the development and implementation of software upgrades
  • Demonstrating KeyedIn applications to key customer prospects as required
  • Ensuring customer questions and challenges are effectively answered

Experience and Knowledge

  • Minimum of a degree in accounting from accredited college
  • Knowledge of basic business accounting principles – AP, AR, GL
  • Experience with accounting software applications
  • Experience with job costing analysis
  • Customer service/support experience
  • Basic understanding of computer and network operations
