Position Summary :
The Branch Liaison Department's mission is to act as the primary link between the branch offices and the various Trade Accounting departments by addressing and ensuring timely resolution of all questions/issues raised. The Branch Accounting Service Senior Specialist delivers a full spectrum of accounting-related solutions, best practices support and training to employees, managers and Divisional leadership alike.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
This role's incumbent will serve as a liaison between the branches and Trade Accounting/Billing to answer questions and drive resolution of complex problems which consists of:
This role will also be involved in complex Trade Accounting/Billing Service problems as well as training Trade Accounting teams & Branch Accounting Service novices.
