Job Description for Advertising Purposes Looking for a motivated business process senior to join the Project Management Office for the finance department working on highly visible, innovative and fast pace corporate initiatives . This candidate will be responsible to bring industry best practices and methodologies in the area of process management, to orchestrate the design, development and implementation of best in class business processes at PTC. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to be very competent in identifying the current state of existing processes, area for improvement, documenting existing and future process models and facilitating stakeholder groups to drive consensus regarding new business process designs.
While the business process senior will not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The candidate may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through various transitions. The candidate will also be responsible to support project teams in integrating process management activities into their project plans.
•Interview process participants to understand exactly how targeted processes currently work.
•Document process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models.
•Research best in class business process and formulate desired future state/design for new / improved business processes
•Analyze process models as they are, comparing them to desired future state and develop a strategy plan to implement the needed changes.
•Help implement a system to control the change management of related processes
•Identify, document and analyze business rules that govern the implementation of business processes.
•Author specifications/stories to be used by the developers for automation of process design.
•Testing of automated processes to ensure that the right results are achieved
•Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems and general business operations.
•Collate feedback on process performance to evaluate and recommend future process improvements
•Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery.

•A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
•Experience and knowledge of process management principles, methodologies and tools
