Quotient is growing and we are looking for an Accounting Manager who will become an integral part of Quotient’s Accounting team. You will be a part of global accounting team to manage month/year-end close processes, external audits and SOX compliance duties as well as system implementation and improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for maintenance of ledger accounts and records in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including preparation and review of monthly Journal Entries and related GL account reconciliations
  • Manage month-end and year-end close process
  • Prepare and / or review Financial Statements
  • Prepare and / or review Balance Sheet reconciliations including but not limited to:
    • Fixed Assets
    • Leases
    • Intangibles
    • Prepaid Expenses and Other current assets
    • Accrued Expenses
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Legal, Engineering, IT in performing accounting related tasks
  • Partner with other teams within Finance organization to manage EOM activities
  • Ensure SOX compliance around financialreporting and close process, maintain and update control documentations
  • Proactively seek ways to improve processes to help reduce time to close, improve accuracy of the underlying accounting records and create operational efficiencies
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties, as required
  • Work with external auditors to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of the quarterly reviews and year-end audit

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 7-10 years’ experience managing similar duties in a public company
  • Experience working at a fast-paced public company with ability to meet various deadlines
  • Proven Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex matters in written and oral form
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to plan, schedule and organize work independently
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite experiencepreferred
  • Knowledge of FloQast is a plus
  • Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
