This role will be a rotational position and work out of the various Agricultural and distribution sites.

We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 10 years of experience. Public Accounting experience is required and Big 4 is preferred.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

The Corporate Accounting Manager will assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, financial and operational analysis, management reporting packages, and assist improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Perform and direct, timely and accurate internal management reporting, supporting analysis, and implement financial controls and processes in Field Operational offices.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review of financial statements & and preparation of detail reports for month end reporting package
  • Prepare financial models, analysis, and report preparation
  • Responsible for preparing budgets and forecasting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flows
  • Create ad hoc reports to evaluate business trends and identify impact vs. budget modeling assumptions
  • Preparation of operational reporting packages
  • Assist in automation of financialreporting processes to improve efficiency
  • Assist in analysis and evaluation of performance metrics across various operational divisions
  • Assist in the development of cost saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs
  • Develop close working relationships with key departmental managers to provide financial management support
  • Assist in analysis and evaluation of performance metrics across various operational divisions
  • Incumbent will travel to various operational locations within Palm Beach County.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Strong financial modeling capabilities, analysis, and report preparation
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flows
  • Ability to ad hoc reports to evaluate business trends and identify impact vs. budget modeling assumptions
  • Experience in preparation of operational reporting packages
  • Experience in financial modeling for capital projects IRR and ROI, breakeven, variable/fixed cost analysis, and cost variances
  • Strong analytical skills, excel including financial modeling and pivot tables, and other advance windows applications skills are required
  • Experience with analysis of operational report and key metrics report for operations.
  • Experience with sales analyses including comparison with budgets.
  • Experience with product costing and comparison of actuals to budget
  • Strong communication skills a must and the ability to interact with all departments within the organization

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelordegree in accounting or other related financialdegree. Master's degree, a plus.
  • CPA Certification, a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years accounting experience
  • Public Accounting experiencerequired. Big 4 Public Accounting experience, a plus
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, excel including financial modeling and pivot tables, and other advance windows applications skills are required
  • Strong communication skills a must and the ability to interact with all departments within the organization

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead cross functional projects

LOCATION OF ROLE

  • West Palm Beach, Clematis Office. Must be flexible to travel throughout Palm Beach County to Site locations.

Salary: $100,.00 to $110,.00 /year

$100K - $110K
