Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly billing for assigned client accounts.
  • Billing reconciliation and other related projects as needed.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including creation of required month-end reports
  • Develop and maintain reports for special analysis.
  • Act as point person for assigned client accounts
  • Maintain general ledger, post journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations
  • Research various financial issues
  • Execute high volume accounts payable on a monthly cycle
  • Prepare various monthly reconciliations.
  • Research various questions and items from management and clients concerning related accounts.
  • Prepare any necessary ad hoc reports or financial analysis requested by management.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-3years experience in accounting, public or private
  • Must be self-motivated and extremely well organized
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be thorough and have strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and schedule activities to meet deadlines
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization
  • Must have strong Excel skills, as well as proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
