Job Description


Mitsubishi Motors North America is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant. As the Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for researching missing and unresolved payment issues and activities related to dealer balances. You will complete dealer buyback and diversion calculations, oversee the maintenance of accounts and records, and analyze financial information to prepare reports, make general ledger entries, and verify the accuracy of journal entries.

What you'll be doing:

  • Process reimbursement for vehicle buybacks and diversions
  • Maintain daily log of Cash and related monthly JE
  • Reviews accounts for collectability
  • Identify and manage issues with Misc Billing system to process manual invoices
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual journal entries
  • Review balance sheet activity for monthly reconciliation
  • Analyze expense activity to insure proper handling of the transactionSee More
