Job Summary

The Account Supervisor/Field Marketing Manager will develop, present, and execute annual strategic marketing and advertising plans for large DMAs with high profile franchisees. They have a strong knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies and tactics and are able to apply them to impact the client's business. The Account Supervisor/Field Marketing Manager has a keen eye for detail and manages budgets for their marketing plans accurately.

The Account Supervisor/Field Marketing Manager is at ease building relationships and will work directly with franchisees and operations. The Account Supervisor also supervises one or more Account Service professionals and plays a leadership role within the larger team.


• Develop, present, and execute annual strategic marketing and advertising plans for multiple DMAs; DMAs are in large, multi-shop top 40 markets with high profile franchisees

• Prepare and present Moroch's recommendation, point of view, and/or creative product to a range of franchisees

• Track and communicate results of marketing plans to franchisees, adjust plans as the business requires

• Understand the dual expectations of the business goals of the DMAs and the franchisees

• Plan budgets with accuracy and in a timely manner

• Establish and build strong personal and working relationships with franchisees and corporate marketing and operations, including division vice president and regional sales managers; able to build relationships via phone, email, in-person market meetings, and store visits to ensure stability and ongoing communication

• Manage the "day-to-day" business with franchisees, maintaining knowledge on the key business conditions

• Follow processes and systems to ensure adherence to the timelines for the flow of work

• Lead one or more Account Service professionals including hiring, coaching, training, mentoring and terminating, when appropriate

• Takes a leadership role in regular team meetings and with meeting follow-ups

• 8-10 years agency account management or corporate marketing experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience

• Experience managing and supervising a team of direct and indirect reports

• Proven presentation and communication ability


• Experience working with a multi-unit retail and/or franchise business

Special Position Requirements

• International travel required (Canada)

• Up to 40% travel required
