This position is responsible for being the client lead, adding strategic inputs in conjunction with the senior
management team. The Account Supervisor leads overall project management, producing client integrated
marketing campaigns. For divisions that report utilization numbers (E.g. Integrated), the target is a minimum of 80%.
Deliver against specific, divisional business objectives that are identified at the beginning of each fiscal year

Identify opportunities for MMG growth within existing client, mining organic growth.
Lead the professional development of the Account Manager and Sr. Account Managers, providing guidance and
support to drive the growth of the individual.
Demonstrate ability to have the “hard talks” with the client about budget allocation, resourcing, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge of client brands and the categories in which they play.
Deliver flawless program execution from strategic ideation though post program analysis.
Demonstrate senior leadership by supporting Director and Group Account Director in developing the internal
client service team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Supervise timely invoicing management – client and supplier (delivery and tracking).
Maintain BCR (practice applicable) reports and deliver financials with excellence.
Ensure WIP report and P&L report for review on a weekly basis.
Make recommendations for process improvements where appropriate.
Assist Account Director with the implementation and management of financial controls.
Participate in evaluation of measurement, business results, and consumer insights.
Facilitate communication between internal teams – help AD organize and direct work effectively to multidiscipline
Develop partnership with creative lead counterpart for optimized client deliverables.
Participate in new business development, via support, research, writing, or other contributing tasks
Practice related project work which may include:
o Integrated marketing events, event production, promotions, social media campaigns
o Write client POVs
o Ability to travel to support client projects as needed
Professional Skills & Requirements
Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline.
Minimum 7+ years of agency or related experience.
Experienced in all marketing mediums.
Ability to lead a client.
Seasoned in writing many 360 degree annual plans.
Understands and can lead a team through practice related program development and implementation.
Ability to bring forward innovative ideas that excite a client and drive their business forward.
Ability to drive projects forward through the potential barriers and guide the client through each step.
Leadership mentality and proven experience managing others.
