The Integer Group is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Los Angeles, California office.

The Account Supervisor has day-to-day managerial responsibility for all assigned scope of work and ensures that the agency is meeting all client marketing, budget and timeline needs. The Account Supervisor has overall responsibility for agency output on assigned initiatives/projects and works hands-on in the development of the highest quality possible in the work product. Further, the Account Supervisor has key involvement in the supervision and development of subordinates.

The Experience You'll Bring:

A Bachelor’s Degree in related field, plus:

• 5+ years of professional service experience with regular client contact in a marketing or advertising environment
• Minimum 1 year prior management experience
• Understanding of integrated marketing mix (advertising, promotion, retail, packaging, digital, media, PR, etc.)
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Excellent professional presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Collaborative
• Organized and detail-oriented (must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
• Solution-oriented
• Positive attitude toward the role, the department, agency and its clients
