An account supervisor plays a critical role in the client relationship, acting as a strategic partner to our client as well as our internal creative & development teams. Our approach to client relationships is through being a “trusted partner” in helping to understand and guide brands and marketing efforts to businesses.
In this role, you are responsible for translating clients’ business challenges or needs to actionable brand/marketing strategies. You also proactively identify opportunities for our clients while partnering with team members internally to create solutions. You are accountable to manage the full delivery of the scope of work with standards of quality and accuracy within timelines and on budget.
The Account Supervisor is the main client contact who, along with the Project Manager when applicable, will orchestrate all resources including internal teams, external vendors and client teams toward efficient, timely and accurate execution within the defined business and marketing objectives.
