Account Supervisor DTC
At FCB Health the Account Supervisor is the liaison between the agency and the client, the communicator between all the internal teams, the mentor for junior members of the team, the champion and challenger of good ideas, the team rallier when needed and the leader when opportunities arise. We are looking for someone who knows what it takes to build relationships—not just with the clients but internally as well. This person understands a client’s business—what levers drive the machine—and finds the best place for the agency in that model. And we won’t complain about your comprehensive healthcare advertising background and expertise.
Demonstrates effective day-to-day leadership of the marketing team in terms of direction, opportunity identification and guidanceExemplifies full brand understanding of client’s business and not only champions stellar, business-building ideas but knows how to effectively collaborate in order to bring those ideas to lifePrioritizes all account activities to achieve optimum efficiency and profitabilityEstablishes effective balance of advisory and advocacy skills with clients and the teamIdentifies opportunities to help grow direct reports and advance them to the next level
Provide strategic recommendations and manage all agency resources to ensure the client’s marketing needs are metRecommend sound business initiatives pertaining to the product and markets that enhances sales and marketing objectives while enforcing the agency’s image as a vital resource to the product teamMaintain strong relationships with all levels of client managementOversee all day-to-day activities of various agency departments ensuring the delivery of a high quality product within specific deadlinesFinancial management of accounts (determine annual fee, prepare contracts, oversee job hours and expenses, budget for future estimates)P&L on assigned products The personality & Compulsories
