Account Supervisor

As an Account Supervisor, you will lead marketing communications planning within the agency and champion work that transforms behaviors, people or even entire communities. Your ability to nurture relationships and grow the next generation of account management should be second to none. 


  • Fosters partnerships with clients and manages expectations while delivering work that is strategically sound, creatively driven, on time and on budget
  • Curiosity fuels your knowledge of clients’ businesses and marketing objectives, including competitive landscape
  • Effective collaborator creating great work, with a POV on how to sell it
  • Leads marketing communications planning within agency
  • Is active within the account management team and agency culture
  • Is a motivator and seeks opportunities to mentor junior-level team members
  • Partner to senior Project Managers, owning client-facing deliverables within the account management process
  • Owns client budgets, partnering with business managers to ensure profitability
  • Reports to Account Director

  • Six+ years agency or relevant experience. Minimum of two years of account supervisor experience strongly preferred
  • Integrated agency and retail brand experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clients’ businesses
  • Managed teams and motivated performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Stays current with technology and possesses knowledge about integrated marketing/advertising
  • BA/BS degree in communications, marketing or advertising
  • Working knowledge in print production considered a valuable asset
