Underwrite, service and market a dedicated book of business. This includes but is not limited to negotiating rates, premium and coverages with carrier partners. Support Account Executive in maintaining a high level of renewal retention on an existing contractor book of business (general contractors, subcontractors, real estate developers, and civil contractors). Review existing policies and endorsements, request changes to carrier as needed. Prepare applications for marketing of new and renewal business.

REQUIREMENTS:

Four-year college degree in insurance preferred or a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the insurance industry. Property & Casualty license required. Computer skills and familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word, EPIC or Applied. This job has a level of supervisory responsibilities as it relates to mentoring, training, and directing the work of the associate account executives and team associates; and other support staff as needed.
