Job DescriptionDESCRIPTION1. Manages Sales Demand and Sales Allocation Balancing Process for a >6B euro company- Actively discusses and resolves customer issues for EVP Sales- Constructively resolves issues between Account Teams- Engage internal stakeholders to address supply issues- Decides priorities on a daily basis to help meet customer demand- Decides allocation of systems towards customer needs- Decides allocation to maximize revenue, resources to customer timing- Prepares MOR report and explanations for Sales EVP and SL OPS VPOperates on tactical / strategic level:- Accountable CAL (Customer Allocation List) & MOR (Monthly Operational Review) of Sales for EVP/VP/Sr2. Director/Director Sales.Reports and defines actions on the business impact- Defines KPI's/Improvement projects and set targets- Engages with and aligns senior stakeholders from different sectors up to EXCOM level- Enables and drives stakeholders to make decisionsQualificationsREQUIREMENTS* Master degree with > 10 yrs of relevant working experienceFunctional competencies and skills* Is able to influence and is expert in one or more fields like:Customer ManagementSales and Demand processesSupply chain and financial flows with cross sector scopePlanning systems (e.g. MRP)
