JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Account Officer's primary responsibility is to retain and grow the existing portfolio of commercial clients through proactive relationship management activities, while deepening the relationship by securing KEO and Anywhere consumer checking accounts. Cross-selling bank products to deepen client relationships while upholding the Bank's Code of Conduct and Ethics policy. This position will interact and service clients daily, resolve client issues, strengthen client relationships, and generate client referrals. The Account Officer will deliver exceptional service and will exhibit the highest professional standards when dealing with the Bank's clients.

Job Duties: 

• Cross-selling bank products to deepen client relationships while upholding the Bank's Code of Conduct and Ethics policy.

• The Account Officer will deliver exceptional service and will exhibit the highest professional standards when dealing with the Bank's clients.

Salary Range and Bonus Potential:  

$65k to $80k plus incentive per

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5-7 years cash management, sales and bank operations experience as well as knowledge of business related banking services.

• Client portfolio management and cash management experience is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Has the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.   

• Analytical, must be able to assess any given situation and bring to a successful resolution.

• Strong client relations skills.

• Team player, self-starter, ability to be flexible, manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines a must.

• Present professional image and work well in a team environment.
