Requirements/Job Duties

World Wide Technology, LLC is seeking to hire an Account Manager to join our Sales team working with Enterprise customers located in the Connecticut market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Positioning WWT solution portfolio to select Enterprise clientele.
  • Aligning WWT Solutions to customer initiatives
  • Professional networking to build relationships with C-level executives and decision making managers at targeted clients.
  • Working with an inside sales team in coordinating sales activities
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with WWT's Delivery Methodology
  • Evaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality and profitability

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ years Account Management experience with large commercial or enterprise customers in the Connecticut market
  • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
  • Track record of solution selling with a focus on Unified Communications, Wireless, Storage, Data Center or Virtualization.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
