Worldwide TechServices ITO group is looking for noncommissioned sales professionals, based in Texas and London. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proven history of an ability to sell a broad portfolio of IT Services including managed services, hardware break fix, and contact center services.
•Development of new and existing business
•Manage the complete sales cycle
•Manage resolutions to customer concerns
•Prepare SOWs, MSAs and Change Orders
•Negotiate SOWs, MSAs and Change Orders
•Coordinate with internal organization to assist with pricing schedules, solution documents and legal documents
•Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports and forecasting ad hoc reports for management teams
•Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to internal and external clients
•Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
•Attend client and potential client meetings as required
•Maintain client records
•Other requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
Requirements     Education and Experience
•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years’ experience or an equivalent amount of experience; or additional education with less experience
•Experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager preferred
•Minimum three years of field sales experience in the technology industry
•Exceptional communication skills are a key requirement of this position. Must be able to communicate well with clients, candidates, and internal team members
•Familiarity with Skype for Business a plus
•Travel is required, approximately 40%
•Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•Must have outstanding client-facing skills.
•Must have the ability to present yourself in a professional manner
•Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to articulate our market differentiators and value proposition
•Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients
•Ability to work independently, self-motivated
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
