We have got an exciting opportunity as the Account Manager within our Bose Custom Solutions Team in the Americas Wholesale division.

The Bose Custom Solutions group is focused on building a dealer network of loyal brand advocates who provide impeccable customer experiences through hands on sales engagement, best in class support and custom installation expertise.

Our group strives to be the top-rated supplier to our retail customers in delivery of Innovation, Business Planning and Marketplace Excellence, and we are now looking for an experienced sales professional.

In this role, you will develop account plans to help drive growth within the existing Bose Custom Solutions direct dealer portfolio while also identifying and closing larger scale new business opportunities within the Custom Install, Builder and Security channels.

In this role, you will report into the Manger of the Bose Custom Solutions business unit.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO

• Develop annual account plans for currently assigned direct dealers to meet sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities within the Custom Installed channel and lead the effort to close new business opportunities on behalf of Bose.

• Ensure new product launch plans are developed and executed in alignment with Global Wholesale strategies.

• Partner with Sell-through team to develop action plans designed to drive awareness and sell-through.

• Execute established account management standards and processes for existing dealers and new business.

• Drive the execution of business initiatives supporting strategic product investments.

• Manage the HQ relationship via Enterprise selling model.

• Manage key expenses to established budgeted targets.

YOU HAVE DONE IT BEFORE

You have at least seven years of experience from B2B sales management of key accounts with experience of building strategic business plans. You have previous experience managing and growing business in CI, Security and Builder markets in North America. You have solid knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel and you are used working with CRM tools.

You have a bachelor’s degree in business management or similar.
