Job Description

The Account Manager will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Responsible for developing long-term relationships with portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager possesses the uncanny ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment. As an emerging business partner, the Account Manager will drive business development while under the guidance of leadership. 


  • Direct/influence delivery team in a direction which results in most customer satisfaction taking care of the interest of the organization
  • Be completely aware of the terms under the client MSA and ensure that all commitments made are being honored and that CompuGain policies and procedures are in line with the requirements from the client
  • Maintain high availability to ensure that client needs are met
  • Completely understand the client metrics & maintain the metrics standards
  • Identify trends from time to time on weak and strong areas for CompuGain
  • Continuously expand the client base through ongoing new business development
  • Stay abreast of current staffing trends and recommend creative strategies to facilitate continued new business development  


  • 5+ years prior technical recruiting experience or IT Sales experience
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience within the Staffing industry
  • Experience with Contract placements & working with MSP based accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Highly disciplined and focused; proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Prior experience working with global teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel to client locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
