My client are an exceptional pre-IPO SIEM start-up in the early stages of their company life. They have grown rapidly since their creation 2 years ago, with an exceptional management and Board including pioneers within the SIEM space. Recognised by Gartner as a leader in the emerging Security Operations, Analytics, and Reporting space. Due to recent funding they’re looking to grow their team across the US.
The Account Manager will be the first person in the role in the US, with support coming from Israel when needed. You will have the responsibility of developing and growing your specific accounts through identifying gaps and advising the clients on how you can support them. You will work with the Chief Revenue Officer to formulate a strategy for each individual account. Working with multiple stakeholders in both your organisation and the clients, there will be an emphasis on being able to balance the demands from both sides. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, and need to travel to customer sites as when it's needed to progress deals. The role is based in New York and due to there being the HQ there you will split your time between working from home, the office, and client site.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in selling SIEM / Security Analytics / Incident Response solutions, and will be able to show this track record of overachievement. You will need to understand how a SOC works, as this is where the solutions will be used. A start up mentality will be required, as will the ability to grow a territory from scratch through defining and executing successful strategies. You will have managed multiple accounts and shown growth within them. You will be the main point of call so the ability to react quickly whilst working with multiple stakeholders is very important. You will be based in New York and happy to travel as needed to clients.
