What You’ll Do

The Walt Disney Company Operation within Global Service Provider has an opening for a Los Angeles-based sales professional.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be partnered with a strong sales team consisting of Los Angeles, New York City and Orlando based Systems Engineers to assist in driving the strategy and execution across media, pre and post-production, as well as broadcasting.

Who You Are

This is an exciting opportunity to sell all Cisco technologies and you will need to be familiar with the entire Cisco Portfolio including: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Video Software and Solutions, Cisco Cloud Services, Orchestration, Collaboration and Security solutions as well as the Cisco Media Blueprint.

In addition, you will be comfortable working in very dynamic, complex customer environments at the most senior levels.

You will have a real passion for the Media Industry, with a high energy level and the ability to lead/inspire a divers team as well as an ability to balance strategy and urgent tactical demands.

You have a strong executive presence and written interpersonal skills, strong BU relationships, and the ability to navigate across Cisco’s cross functional areas (Services, Cisco Capital, Marketing, CTO Office and Architecture Teams) effectively are a requirement.

You will be onsite with the customer at least 3 days a week in Burbank with occasional travel (less than 10%) to New York.

You will have experience successfully managing a complex account and customer base, and you’re eager to engage in solution selling and co-development opportunities with this customer base.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experiencerequired
  • 5+years successful sales experience
  • Deep understanding and experience with Service Provider products & environment
  • Exceptional communications skills
  • Shown success with selling to C-level management teams
  • Demonstrated experience handling a large customer
  • You have the ability to deliver business value to the account and build on strong customer relationships
