Responsible for the development of long term relationship with assigned business unit to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the production of promotional advertising materials. Serves as the primary interface in the execution of circular advertising and ancillary promotional efforts as appropriate. Is the primary agency contact and is fully accountable for page content from concept alignment through release.
•Leads initial validation proof and sign-off meetings; setting agendas, documenting change, managing discussion flow and realizing continuing positive outcome.
•Manages successful and timely completion of full input from planning and creative managers to understand strategic messaging intent for assigned circular pages.
•Maintains complete responsibility to actualization of creative vision and strategic intent of promotional messaging.
•Manages flow of specialized photography assets including sample procurement and timely execution.
•Manages all production process deadlines.
•Develops production flow enhancements that can be institutionalized across the function.
•Is a positive role model for solution-driven relationships with the agency, workteams and business teams.
•Handles special projects, as assigned.
•3+ years agency or internal account services in a retail-driven environment.
•Account management, conflict resolution, group dynamics and/or leadership development training.
•Specialized interest in a merchandise category a plus.
•Bachelors degree in business, marketing or merchandising is required plus considerable training and experience in all phases of account services delivery.
•Outstanding verbal and written skills.
•Group presentation skills with demonstrated ability to manage group discussions toward specific outcomes.
•Extreme attention to detail, with a passion toward accuracy.
