We are looking for an Account Manager in St. Louis, Mo.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Include, but are not limited to the following:
- Visiting customers on a regular, planned basis.
- Providing problem solving assistance to customers.
- Developing strong business relationships at all levels of customer operations.
- Increasing sales and margins at assigned accounts.
- Accurately communicating customer needs at OTP associates.
- Developing business plans for all major customers.
- Uncovering and developing new customers.
- Working with vendors and IPEG Sales Specialists to maximize our ability to respond to customer needs, and build brand preference.
Education and/or Experience:Include:
- A college degree or a minimum of four (4) years’ experience selling/marketing technical products to industry.
- Extensive technical knowledge of and experience in motion control, power transmission and electrical.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven sales skills.
- The ability to work productively with other IPEG associates and vendors; a “team” attitude.
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
