Position Purpose: Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted payors. Responsible for the successful implementation and management of new programs (payor, pharma, or physician related) companywide. Ensure that the terms of payor contracts are being met and reported as required.
Serves as the project manager, managing a comprehensive work plan to ensure an effective implementation of program assigned
Work closely with assigned client(s) to identify and manage the action items and strategies to maintain an effective program and productive relationship
Manages all aspects of the contractual obligations to include performance guarantees, data requirements etc.
Provides timely account reports to appropriate team members and follow up as needed
Assist up-front team (imaging, IV, intake prep, PCC) with payor related issues or questions
Assist outside sales team with status updates or questions related to assigned program
Other duties as assigned to support theSales, Account Management andMarketing teams
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of client implementation experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry.
