Leading provider of Employee Child Care Services, with over 25locations is looking for a Senior Account Executive to be based in its Portland, OR office. Relocation candidates welcome to apply (relocation expenses paid).
Successful candidate will be selling Employer Solutions (company will work with corporations to provide child care options for their employees). Experience in B2B sales followed by Human Resources or Benefits Department experience is ideal.
Need to have an Account Manager personality-- humble, provide solutions, understanding. Not overly aggressive personality. Will be selling to HR managers mostly, VP Rewards, purchasing. Deals can take 3-24months.
-- Candidates should have familiarity with services sales. A technology sales background is a plus.

-- Can come from Financial services, technology, or high wealth service providers.
-- 8-20years experience selling managed services, programs, or ability to sell an intangible solution.
Compensation: Base salary $150K - $160K, total comp at plan $280K - $300K, plus full benefits. 30% travel. Relocation expenses paid.
