Summary
We are seeking a passionate, high energy Account Manager to partner with our customers and ensure their long term success. The Account Manager will work to develop, manage, and grow relationships within their assigned territory or customer base. The Account Manager will also support revenue objectives  by working on strategies and activities to ensure customer retention and growth through increasing users base and product upgrades.
The high level of activity requires the individual to balance a range of responsibilities including outbound
calling as well as territory and account support activities.
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting all customers with user churn, low usage, and support issues to promote increased usage and identify any issues that need to be addressed in order the grow the account.
  • Capture all activity and customer interaction in CRM.
  • Manage existing customer business pipeline daily and maintain regular contact with all key
    Enterprise accounts.
  • Conducts/coordinates product training for existing customers to increase usage and upgrade to
    higher level products.
  • Follow up in a timely manner on all customer inquiries and resolve any customer issues.
  • Take the initiative to thoroughly learn the market (competitors, products, and services
    available).
  • Success in this role will be measured by achievement of growth quota in the assigned territory or customer base, meeting assigned expectations of profitability, as well as meeting required KPI’s.
  • May perform other duties as required.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 4yrs + of account management experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Minimum of 2yrs + SaaS or software industry experience.
  • Two or four-year college degreedesired. 
  • Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce – strongly desired.
  • Experience handling account management, customer service, and sales functions. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills both in person and virtually.
  • Strong phone presence and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
