Come join our growing Account Management team in our Baltimore office! We just won some significant new business and are in need of a few talented Account Managers and Directors to partner with these new clients in the development of digital strategies across Search (SEM/ SEO), Social Media, Programmatic, Display and all other online channels

The ideal candidate will be a digital thought leader, have knowledge of all the latest digitalchannels, innovations and best practices and how they fit into a wider digitalmarketing strategy.


  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing media management; Interactive Marketing, Marketing/Communications or Account Management
  • Experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, Database Marketing, Display Media, Analytics, etc.                      
  • Previous accountability for annual billings in excess of $5MM                        
  • Thorough understanding of marketing new media techniques, as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications
  • Excels in team management and collaboration across channels and service lines

Day-to-Day Work Life:                              

  • Work closely with Senior Management and Department Heads to identify and develop strategic opportunities for client campaigns (new and existing clients)
  • Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with client’s senior team
  • Manage and monitor the production and presentation of client facing reports, studies and presentations to brand standards
  • Attend and facilitate key account meetings with Account Management Team
  • Achieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing our working relationships, practices and methods
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of marketplace, with particular emphasis on all new and emerging initiatives
  • Manage direct reports effectively, ensuring that their individual performance is acceptable, resulting in the achievement of team KPIs
  • Take ownership for the Management Team’s development needs, ensuring that each team member has a training and personal development plan with regular appraisals
