Account Manager - Construction
The Account Manager is expected to maximize account revenue, within each assigned territory, across all of Tech's systems and services. Additionally, the Account Manager is the customer advocate and ultimate decision maker with regards to Tech's relationship with the account for all activities that may impact that relationship, either directly through the constructionchannel or indirectly through the Service or direct channels. Excellent communication, documentation and organization skills, coupled with knowledge of the accounts within a specified territory and an ability to handle multiple tasks and personalities, are vital to the success of this position. Additionally, a strong customer service orientation is essential, and required, in building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of Five years of construction and/ or electricalsalesexperience (and/or equivalent work experience).
- Background in fire or security is a major plus!
