Principal Accountabilities

  • Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
  • Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis
  • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews
  • Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems and applications
  • Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements
  • Dotted line report to regional theater director

Principal Responsibilities

  • Typically responsible for large sized or complex projects and significant components of multiple projects
  • Impact is on multiple functions or processes and could have global impact
  • Makes decisions on resource procurement and allocation; Ensures accuracy of resource management in the various HES Account Management tools
  • May have large budget responsibility; Track and manage HES Account Management portfolio offerings
  • Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure deliverables are met
  • Evaluates and implements global best practices techniques that ensure goal achievement
  • Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives at a regional and/or global level for HES Account Management
  • Maintains in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet program delivery requirements; Works closely with HES Account Management business development office to drive new business and renewals processes globally

  • Ability to manage risk and project decisions
  • Proficient in negotiating and conflict management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication, problem solving and presentation skills

  • Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires 6+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD or equivalent experience.
