Account Executives - Industrial Valves - TX - OK - 27071130

Our Client has been a leading supplier of Specialty Valve & Control solutions for more than 50 years! Their products are used in: Manufacturing, Oil & Gas (production & transmission), Refining, Chemicals, Marine, Power, Pulp & Paper, Steel industries, Food & Beverage, etc. Our Client is the Market Leader in their space, has been awarded numerous patents and does all manufacturing here in the U.S.!

Responsibilities:

  • Selling Valve & Control solutions to distributors and end-users
  • Build & execute a Sales Plan for your territory
  • Reporting directly to National Sales Manager
  • Manage Assigned Accounts, Develop New Accounts to meet your #'s
  • Work closely w/ your Inside Sales Team to exceed objectives in your Sales Plan.
  • Attend Product Conventions & Seminars w/ your Support Team & Clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must have (5)+ years of Industrial Valve & Control sales experience both to End Users and Distribution Channels.
  • Client prefers an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Should have experience selling into all industries, especially Manufacturing, Oil & Gas (production & transmission), Refining, Chemicals, Marine, Power, Pulp & Paper, Steel, etc.
  • Must be living in territory, able to work comfortably out of home office.
  • History of exceeding quota, results driven!
  • Ability to manage a complex sales process
  • Outgoing, fun to be around!

Base Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Base (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings:  $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 - No Cap, Great Benefits, Car, Full Expenses, Upward Mobility

Base Cities: (2) Houston, TX (1) Midland/Odessa,TX (1) Oklahoma City, OK (1) Lafayette, LA

Relocation: No, Home Office role.

Travel: 10%
