Our Client, founded in 1999, is a leading provider of Cloud-Based Communications & Collaboration Solutions for business. They have been recognized by Forbes' as a Top 100 Most Trustworthy Company, is a Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 member and a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader!

They are looking for proven "Hunter" sales performers to sell their Enterprise Call Center & CCaaS Software solutions to Fortune 1000 companies in the US. They want a successful HUNTERS, with a track record of NEW business generation. All of these roles are for expansion, NO replacements. Their Gamification Product Suite is really taking off!

Responsibilities:

  • Selling Call Center / CCaaS solutions to the Fortune 1000 in the Midwest
  • Build & execute a Sales Plan for your territory
  • Reports directly to the VP of Sales
  • Develop New Accounts to meet your #'s is the Key! Position is 100% HUNTING new business!
  • Work closely with your Inside Sales Team to exceed objectives in your Sales Plan.
  • Attend Product Conventions & Seminars w/ your Support Team & Clients.


Qualifications:

  • Must have (5)+ years of experience selling Call Center / CCaaS solutions to the Fortune 1000.
  • Client prefers BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience in this space.
  • Should have experience selling into all Industries / Verticals.
  • Must be living in territory, able to work comfortably out of your Home Office.
  • History of exceeding quota, results driven!
  • Ability to manage a complex sales process
  • Outgoing, Personable & Fun to be Around!


Base Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Base (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings: $200,000.00 - $270,000.00 - No Cap + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility
