Our Client is looking for (3) exceptional hunter Account Executives with an entrepreneurial spirit to be an integral part of their sales team in the US. The successful candidates will have 5 years of experience successfully selling Enterprise SaaS Software!. You must have sold Enterprise SaaS Application Software (CX, WFM, ERP, CRM, Security, Big Data, B2B (HR/Payroll) etc.) to be considered!

The Client likes people with companies like Adobe, Ultimate Software, Workday, Oracle, SAP, Sage, Infor, Salesforce, Genesys, Verint, Collabra, Aspect, Marketo, Aprimo or their competitors, in their background! They are not interested in Channel People or Job Hoppers! Top salespeople @ this company are making $1M!

Position Overview:

The Account Executive will carry an annual $MM quotas, provide accurate business forecasts, professionally represent the company in their Territory and maintain a high level of satisfaction with Peers, Salespeople, Customers and Partners. These are key Sales Roles in the company!

Your role is to maintain and expand revenue in your Territory! As the Account leader, you will effectively manage your Support Team to expand product saturation, increase customer satisfaction and eliminate competitive threats!

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed the annual $MM revenue target.
  • Help your Support Team and insure everyone professionally represents the company in your Territory
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Help your Support Team maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Help your Support Team establish the company throughout your customer Accounts
  • Help your Support Team to prospect, qualify and close sales opportunities in your Territory.
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good Teammate. Support your Team in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing your Territory and exceeding $MM quotas!
  • 5 years of experience selling CX, WFM, ERP, CRM, Security, Big Data / Analytics, BI / DW, B2B etc. Enterprise Software Solutions.
  • Ability to help your Support Team present and communicate with all levels of the customer: –Technical, Financial & Executive.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty
  • Fun to be around! Personable
  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS Software / Cloud solutions is a must.

Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 (NO Cap) + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility (Top People here are making $1M!)

Travel: 30%
