Position title: Account Executive
Location: Anywhere in the U.S.
THIS IS A VIRTUAL OFFICE-BASED POSITION
The Account Executive will leverage their successful financial application/solution selling experience to execute the fundamentals of a complex sales cycle to the enterprise and is responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business with enterprise customers. Working in collaboration with sales leadership and the sales operations team, the Account Executive will work closely with C-level contacts within prospective customers to develop strategic relationships, secure new accounts, and drive new revenue.
· Must have strong solution selling experience with complex enterprise application software solutions to Fortune 500 companies at the C-level and an understanding of some type of financial applications and the procurement process. Experience in one of these areas is desired: supplier performance/procure-to-pay/supplier governance/supplier relationship/contract management/spend management/quote-to-cash/e-invoicing/expense management etc.
· Experience and understanding of financial concepts at the corporate executive finance suite/CFO to solve business problems preferred
